My wife and I had an excellent experience with this company. During heavy storms we had a leak coming from an unknown location in our second floor/roof. Paul from Madison Kelly came out first thing the next morning on an holiday weekend and spent multiple hours exploring every nook and cranny of the roof, and attic to identify where the leak had originated. He was able to successfully pinpoint the problem area and help us with the fix. They then were able to fully rectify the issue and worked with us every step of the way to ensure our problem was resolved. Very appreciative of the work he did and would recommend them for anyone in need of similar help with roofing or siding.

I had two skylights replaced. The quote process was quick and they followed up with a phone call after they emailed me the quote to ask if I had any questions. On the day of install, I was home all day working. The workers kept the noise and the mess to a minimum. I felt like they took their time and did a quality job at a price I was happy with.

I contracted Madison Kelly to replace my roof due to storm damage. I am very happy with their work. Within two weeks they were here to do the job. They took great care to protect the rest of my house during demolition, and left my property spotless. They even cleaned up a little yard debris that I hadn't got to yet. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work done! I highly recommend Madison Kelly for a very clean, professional and timely job!

We recently had a total roof replacement done by Madison Kelly Contractors. The quality of work was fantastic and the team was very professional. Paul Kelly was very accessible and helpful with all my questions. They wrapped the house with tarps to ensure existing shingles and other materials removed did not cause any damage to our house upon moving such debris to the ground. They also did a great job cleaning up the ground around the house making sure it was clear of old roof material, new shingle boxes, nails and general debris. I highly recommend Madison Kelly Contractors.

The team that came to install my roof were professional, courteous and did fabulous work! I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Working with the management to plan and discuss the details was so easy! They pulled the permits, listened to my concerns and the crew executed the plan and cleaned up immaculately. Paul Kelly was quick, professional, thorough, and did great work. The windstorm on 2/16/24 blew off the center joint shingles on my garage. Next day I called he came out same day, price was reasonable, roof was fixed one day later. No hassle and I didn’t even know he was here.

Unbelievably Rude, Audacious & Argumentative!!! Pulled up to my house to find a Madison Kelly Roofing truck parked in my private parking spot in the rear of my house. Not to mention, our whole yard was filled with the contents of OUR NEIGHBOR'S ROOF!!! The neighbors hired them to replace their roof. Couldn't believe it! Our yard and parking spot are fenced in, so there's no confusion on property line here. To be so bold and dump your entire roof demo into my yard then be completely ignorant regarding it, is just brazen. Couldn't even enter the back door of my house. My question... why wasn't the demo dumped in the rear of the property having the roof replaced? Also parking your work vehicle on their property? No apologies on the unprofessional conduct from Maddison Kelly Roofing.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR IN 30 YEARS!!! The Madison Kelley Contractors LLC installed a roof at our house on 13 August 2014, with a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship. In early December 2021, we put our house on the market and had a buyer within days, as the property is well maintained. The buyer’s home inspected identified the following problems with the roof: 1. “There are ripples in the roofing material. This will shorten the lifespan of the roof. Recommend a quailed roofing contractor evaluate and repair or replace as needed.” 2. “The roofing was installed using roof cement as a flashing material. A properly designed roof does not rely on roofing cement. The material dries out and cracks. This will need to be monitored and maintained. Contact a qualified professional.” After the inspection, we have contacted the Madison Kelley Contractors and asked for help. The company sent their worker, Bob, to inspect the roof. He wrote in a text message: On Tue, Dec 21, 2021, 10:37 AM Robert Lawrence wrote: “This is Bob with Madison Kelly roofing and I just checked your roof out at 7 Xxxxx street Bridgeport. That roof is beyond any kind of repair So we can give you a quote to install a new one if you'd like. The top and front porch. Let me know what you want to do. Bob @ XXX-XXX-6093 Give me a call or email. Either way but I need your full name, billing address and phone number. Thanks so much” After we stated that the roof was installed by their company he wrote back: On Thu, Dec 23, 2021, 8:28 AM Robert Lawrence wrote: “This is Bob with Madison Kelly again and look at the wrong roof. I looked at your neighbors by mistake.” - Bob confirmed in the first text that he was at the correct address!!! Later we have contacted the Madison Kelley Contractors and restated that the roof and workmanship was guaranteed for 10 years and only 7 year and 4 months have passed since the installation. His response was a satellite picture of other roofs on the street and statement: [that] all the other houses have a protective coating installed. Also, that the company advises all customers to have their roofs coated after 1 year and not later than 3 years. - The roofers that installed the roof never advised us on any additional requirements for the warranty to be valid. The invoice does NOT declare that the roof needs any additional work/protection/maintenance or any other procedure for the 10-year warranty to be valid. The company’s website does NOT list any additional requirements for the 10-year warranty to be valid. Additionally, the Landmark®, the producer of material used by the Madison Kelley Contractors, website states that the “CertainTeed Landmark” shingles roofs for private residential buildings have “Lifetime limited transferable warranty”. It also states that other than visual inspections, especially after a severe weather, and general cleanliness and removal of algae, moss, or other debris are the only maintenance requirements. - The roof in question is very clean and does not have any conditions described on this website. In my last email in which I asked for some kind of resolution regarding the warranty repairs or declaration that the Madison Kelley Contracting will not honor the warranty specified in the signed invoice, the company stopped responding to my emails. As of 25 January 2022, I have not received any communications from the Madison Kelley Roofing. As I am in dire need of selling our home, because of my financial situation, I am forced to hire another roofing company to correct the discrepancies in the workmanship performed by the Madison Kelley Roofing.
