I think Dr Bistline is wonderful BUT since Jesse left the office staff does not run as well. Twice I left a message but never get a return call. Its like its not important. Jesse always returned call. I really miss her. Drs are great but if you do not get a return call what good does that you. Its not acceptable. 5 stars because the Dr is wonderful. 1 star for staff

Dr Bistline and the other Drs are excellent. I have been a pt of Dr Bistline and his practice since 2011. They offer exceptional family eye care and are open on the weekends, evenings and holidays as well. They also have taken me immediately as an emergency walk in and provided my entire post op care from two eye surgeries and truly went the extra mile with me. The Lenscrafters store in Plymouth Meeting Mall is also awesome, especially Hannah, the store Manager who truly cares for her clients.I refer them to everyone I know who needs quality, affordable eye care.Their skills and state of the art equipment make them over 5 stars!

This review pertains to the Willow Grove Mall location. After visiting for an annual eye examination Dr. Bistline recommends a new brand of contacts. I think "Ok, sure, why not?" Well, they're not quite right, and need an adjustment. The prescription on one lens is changed easily enough, but it still does not provide proper vision. It is tweeked again, and again, the prescription needs to be adjusted. I go back a third time, and the Dr. suggests a lens that is not in stock. It will be ordered. It is now nearly 5 months that I have been waiting for another lens - without any email, phone call, , lens, or contact what so ever from this practice. This is the treatment that you get from a Doctor - one who clearly does not give a damn about his patient's health. If you don't care about your own health, visit this practice. If you do care, then avoid them at all costs. There are many other practices available who will be happy to help you, instead of deceive you.

I had Serena Cohen as my Doctor yesterday because Dr. Bistline had a baby :) Dr. Cohen is the best! She has a great personality and extremely knowledgeable too. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful and tried to save as much money for me as possible by working with my insurance. This is really a fantastic team. I wish more people know about this place because this is by far the best optometrist office I have ever been to and I have been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 12 years old.

Dr. Bistline is friendly, personable and thorough. I would never go anywhere else! This was my first eye exam and he talked me through every step. His staff is also very helpful. Great experience!!

I called the Willow grove office yesterday to check on a rebate I had submitted and have not heard back from. I spoke with the office manager Jaid(sp) and can not express how wonderful and excellent her follow up was with me. It was a breath of fresh air to have real customer service. Thank you, my family will be back! Marie
