10AM - 8PM

2540 Chemical Rd, Plymouth Meeting
Ulta Beauty Hair Salons

“Please Ulta, have more cashiers available, and not have cashiers answering beauty questions, selling credit cards, etc, unless there's enough cashiers to accommodate the customers in line. When I was in the store yesterday, there was a very chatty cashier with black hair, and while it's good to engage with your customers, it shouldn't be done in the checkout line, where customers just want to purchase their items and leave the store. My suggestion is to have someone separate from the check out line to answer beauty questions, etc, and either have self checkout available, or have enough cashiers to accommodate chatty customers/cashiers. Thank you ?“
