New i was getting ripped off when they offer a free nail clip then only get 2 paws done.
Now gotta go pay full for that too

I've never had any issue with the Big Easy. They are professional and knowledgeable. I switched to them because they were the only place that would see/treat a feral cat that I ended up adopting. (Turns out the cat was owned previously and dumped on the street.) Veterinarians and vet techs are in high demand which is a super stressful and emotional job-not something I could ever handle. Be kind to them.

Very thoughtful and kind staffing. Environment is clean, open, and welcoming. Private exam room. Dr. Ruiz is the absolute best!!

As a first time dog owner, The Big Easy gave us immense peace of mind with their expertise and being a one stop shop for all things a dog needs- Vet, Boarding and Groominf. Aileen is a wonderful owner of the operation who patiently takes time with you and your pet during vet appointments and all the stuff have a genuine care for your animal. Couldn’t recommend any more highly!

Dr. Ruiz has a knack for working with anxious pets. She is the kind of vet who will get down on the floor to work at their level and will be creative with the owner to perform the exam and deliver the vaccines. Appointments can be long but are worth it. Some animals require more time and she has the patience to get the job done.

Dr. Aileen and her staff are our preferred area vet by far. While they’re kind and helpful for regular well visits (and our yearly checkups are detailed and preventative-minded), we got to experience firsthand how wonderful the staff is when something goes wrong. They prioritize their time and care for a pet in need and we felt very supported throughout a few recent health issues for our dog. Dr. Aileen is incredibly smart, thorough, and detailed when assessing the animals, and is very good at digging into the cause and providing the best options. We love The Big Easy!

My Vet Tech was so awesome and helpful!! She recognized an issue with Buddy and he has never felt better!!

The Big Easy is the only place I will take my dogs or cat. They are always there to help and are kind compassionate employees. I never left there without having had great vet services. I have a very reactive dog. Hes a sweetheart but I have put off a good vet appointment since March bc I knew hed be hard and I was afraid. I ended up here bc Dr. Ruiz had taken care of a previous baby of mine. Thank God I landed here. We came up with a plan and it worked, very little stress on Spanky. Spoken to nicely. Not rushed, was able to ask questions. Have a plan going forward. So pleased and grateful. Office staff pleasant, engaging. This is what I want, a place where its apparent, they LOVE animals. Love the funky atmosphere. Spanky is glad to be here. Thank you. Id give 10 stars if possible. Appointments were started promptly and as scheduled.
