I've never had anything other than excellent experiences but I just got my hair cut by Ana, and she's stepped it up a bit. There was a line waiting so I volunteered to skip the shampoo and massage, but she wouldn't have it. I've taught customer service skills to thousands of workers, and that you just can't teach.
