I have taken both of my cats to Rivers a few times, and we have had a great experience each time. All of the staff are kind, communicative, and reassuring. I also feel like every vet I spoke to over the years has been both direct and knowledgeable, they do a good job of explaining what’s going on with my cat’s health. My one cat was referred to another org by rivers to manage a chronic health condition, which has greatly improved his health. I’m grateful they were able to identify a possible root cause of his sickness and refer us to long term care. Rivers has been helping take care of my cat for almost a year now. Explains everything thoroughly and will respond to inquiries! I feel at ease taking my cat here. Most affordable place I've been to for surgeries and quality care.

I brought my cat here for urgent care two weeks ago and subsequently for euthanasia today. I was blown away by the professionalism, care, and kindness shown to me during both of my visits. This clinic is clearly very busy, but both the technician that brought me in (I believe her name was Lia) and Dr. Dutra both remembered me, my cat, and her issues. They were very practical and candid in terms of the care that was needed and the expected outcomes from my first visit.
