When we needed some work done, my insurance company recommended Rainbow. Good thing they did. The Rainbow remediation team was on the job nearly immediately and worked diligently to mitigate any further issues and to prepare the area for a complete restoration. They always kept me informed as to the project status and when they would be back. The restoration team also worked diligently and thoroughly to bring my home back to “better than new!” In any job like mine, there will be a bump along the road. And, there was. I had a water supply line bust on my toilet in the middle of the night which caused a minor flood in my first-floor bathroom and hallway along with a decent amount of water that found its way into my basement. After contacting my insurance company, Rainbow International of Plum was dispatched to my house to help with the ordeal. The owner/GM, Claude, got right to work and spent a good part of his day helping to dry the mess to prevent damage to my hardwood floor, carpets, and baseboards.
