When we needed some work done, my insurance company recommended Rainbow. Good thing they did. The Rainbow remediation team was on the job nearly immediately and worked diligently to mitigate any further issues and to prepare the area for a complete restoration. They always kept me informed as to the project status and when they would be back. The restoration team also worked diligently and thoroughly to bring my home back to “better than new!” In any job like mine, there will be a bump along the road. And, there was. When I expressed a concern, Rainbow went way, way above and beyond to make it right to insure we were more than satisfied and happy. What puts Rainbow miles ahead of the rest is that their goal is total and complete customer satisfaction. What’s impressive is that they REALLY mean it and it's so rare to find that these days and I so appreciate it. I would not hesitate to use Rainbow again.

I had an appointment in March and received an estimate. They owner seemed nice and I thought by this time the work would have been completed. Since then, I have not been able to speak to someone to make an appointment. The one time that was able to connect did not end up with any follow through. I have called and left multiple messages with no response. I'm guessing they do not want to do the job but that has never been relayed to me. The reviews were great and that is why I called. I will start looking for another company.

I had a water supply line bust on my toilet in the middle of the night which caused a minor flood in my first-floor bathroom and hallway along with a decent amount of water that found its way into my basement. After contacting my insurance company, Rainbow International of Plum was dispatched to my house to help with the ordeal. The owner/GM, Claude, got right to work and spent a good part of his day helping to dry the mess to prevent damage to my hardwood floor, carpets, and baseboards. For the next couple days, they frequently would stop to check on the house and adjust the fans as needed. Claude takes great pride in his work and was constantly giving me updates during the week while the house was drying out. He was also extremely friendly and professional which helped ease the stressful situation greatly. Because of the great service provided, they prevented me from having to replace anything. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future if I ever find myself in the same type of situation.

I didn’t know what company to call regarding the water damage in my basement and my insurance company recommended Rainbow International.They called me within an hour or so of the insurance company reaching out to them.Claude was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and he really took his time looking over the damage in my basement and giving me ideas. I appreciated his time and would definitely use this company in the future, but hopefully that won’t be necessary!

Rainbow International was recommended to us from our plumber after the basement flooded. We called immediately and within a couple of hours Claude was there assessing the damage and what would be needed to restore the basement. The next day his team began the work. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and it looks great. Everything was done right the first time!
