We were in need of post construction cleaning after renovating our basement. The commitment to great customer service started with my first call with an inquiry on cleaning services and pricing. Frank was super responsive and eager to accommodate my quick request. The commitment to excellent service didn’t stop there, the cleaning crew was AMAZING!!! *revising after the errors were corrected and speaking with another one of the owners - Mike Hanley. The cleaners came back out and did a top notch job. Tina is one of the absolute best at communication and she is very kind. She and another cleaner (Mina) came back out and finished the job and made sure to correct any errors from the initial cleaning. Mike called and we resolved the matter and he was also extremely kind and understanding. This speaks volumes of some of the employees of this company - correcting the mistakes and resolving the matter in a professional manner. PRC cleaned our house before we moved out. They were incredibly thorough, efficient, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them for all cleaning needs and especially if you need a deep clean!
