Clean facility! I have been taking the Pilates class for over a month and have seen amazing results. Every instructor is amazing. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, their classes are easy to join and you get a lot out of each workout! Highly recommend!

The south side LA is so nice now that it has renovated. Spacious ,new machine/equipment, lots of classes. I enjoy the yoga, Zumba with Christine M. Yoga is calming with a workout that adds flexibility. Zumba feels like dancing while you’re burning calories. Also enjoy Steves body pumps class with weights. Annie is a sweet woman who keeps the gym clean. They also have one of the hottest saunas I’ve used.

Started Pilates for the first time in February and am up to 3x a week. As a first time Pilates student (and turning 69 this May) I wasn’t sure what to expect. But all of the instructors have been great - they break everything down step by step, providing alternate movements for every level of student. I just finished tonight’s class with Miranda and tried some new movements for the first time. Great workout as always!
