Highly recommend. I have been doing group training for several months. Gina has been incredibly helpful in teaching form and helping me build strength. She does a great job creating and guiding me through workouts that are at my level. She pushes you when you need it and celebrates your successes. I have been happy with my personal gains from class.
From group classes to individual training sessions, Matt and his dedicated team have evolved Hybrid Movement into a premier training facility. Very flexible scheduling and it's clear Hybrid Movement wants success for it's clients. The gym features unique, well-maintained equipment and has a great atmosphere.
Gina is a fantastic trainer. When I first looked at this gym, I felt like I had to get in shape to work out there. Instead of doubting myself I took the risk to give it a try. I AM SO HAPPY I DID. I discussed with Gina my goals of where I wanted to be. I was finally ready to take the jump for myself to get fit. She was respectful and realistic. I have hip and knee problems and she was able to customize a workout that listened to my body while making me feel like I was getting stronger.
