Very inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. My cat was left there all day in his own crate and in his own urine. No litter boxes available no public restrooms, very dirty.

Both doctors are great with the cats and know how to listen to them. The techs are great and very attentive. My cat threw up and the techs helped clean her and the cage up asap. They were a great staff and they all truly love and care for the animals. 🐈⬛❤️ Also great prices! An appt with meds was under $200!!!

Dr. Bebko was very friendly, thorough, and professional. I was really impressed with how gentle and soft-spoken he was with my kitten. We visited there for a specific issue related to FELV, and he was clearly knowledgeable on the subject based on research I had already done. I would say that Dr. Bebko is a real gem in veterinary medicine for cats.
So, why the 3/5 stars? Well, the administrative side of things was not as positive of an experience. There was definitely some tension between Dr. Bebko and the front staff. No one was outwardly rude during the visit. However, we were misinformed about the pricing of our visit multiple times. Over the phone, we were told the test we needed was $50. At the visit, it jumped to $60. At check out, it was $99. This is in addition to their other high visit costs (which I was aware of and willing to pay).
Overall, the administrative communication was extremely unclear. I took it in stride as I wanted to ensure my kitten received the best care possible, which Dr. Bebko certainly provided. However, the administrative inconsistencies might make it difficult for other cat owners depending on the situation. I was willing to eat the cost difference regardless, but someone else may be unable to.
I probably will not return unless my kitten has a complex non-surgical issue (it seems that they do not do surgery right now).

Dr Bob is the best. Kind caring gentle and only want the best for our cats. I have had five cats that he has taken care of up till their last breath. Highly recommend!

Valerie, TJ and the rest of the front office, vet assistant and nursing staff are the kindest, most understanding folks, they understand the worries, troubles and issues that both cats and cat owners go through. They go above and beyond to stay engaged with pet owners over time, be it due for shots, follow ups, routine check ups, all of it. Dr. Bebko founded this institution several decades ago, and continues to care for cats with love, a gentle hand and consideration. The folks here make sure your cat gets what they need, not more not less. 10/10 would recommend cat owners to bring their pets here, no dogs no howling, less stress, modern facilities, modern medicine.
