Gave fantastic direct advice, even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, he provided a direct answer and didn't move forward with the retainer and put my costs and his time in priority for the likelihood of the case. His confidence, obvious experience and decision to NOT charge for the advice, shows he is a landlord's attorney. I would recommend highly!
Mark is an amazing attorney my nephew got into trouble with some friends of his involved in a petty crime. They tried to charge them with a serious offense, and mark was able to get everything reduced. Ultimately my nephew got his record clean. He is now serving in the United states Military, if it wasn't for mark?I don't know if he'd have been able to do that.Thank you again for all your help!!!
