It” had such a positive experience, it’s absolutely wild just how forward I am looking to my next visit. I feel empowered to know and care for my teeth, and felt in no way shamed.
Overall, great experience!
All of the staff were easy to interact with and made me feel comfortable. Dr. B. did an excellent job of explaining what was happening with my teeth in a way that was understandable and helpful. I will definitely go back. The only hiccup was that they couldn't find the new patient forms that I had filled out ahead of time on their website, so I had to fill them out again when I arrived. The receptionist mentioned that she doesn't have access to the place where the forms filled out through their website are stored. It seems like the system for filling out online forms needs to be updated. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
I'm petrified of dentists, however
I love Dr. Green. He's the only dentist I'll go to. Not only is he great, he also "tries" to sing while drilling ?
As a perk, his assistant Linda is the best and his front desk staff is lovely.
