Of course, our AC unit went out during some of the hottest days of the year. I called Hinkle's Heating & Air Conditioning, a real person answered the phone, and they sent someone over right away. We're so grateful that Eric and Tom were able to diagnose our problem, fix it promptly and professionally, and get our house back to a normal temperature. They're good guys who know what they're doing, and the cost was very reasonable. We'll be sticking with Hinkle's!

Guys showed up, knocked the problem out in under 2 hrs and bill was less than I was expecting. They were super communicative, professional, and left things like they found them. The one gentlemen’s name was John.

Much better experience than an alternative company that totally ripped me off last year when I was in a similar situation.
