I Normally Visit An Urgent Care On 2nd And Girard But Since They Have Had A Consistent Practitioner That Continues To Make Unsafe Errors When Prescribing Medications, I Have Returned To VYBE. Vybe Was Closer To My Job And Assisted Me With Previous Asthma Attacks So I Returned Today With My Handy Dandy Friend Bronchitis. The Walk-In Wait Was Pretty Long But Shorter Than Other Places For Sure. Next Time I Will Attempt To Schedule An Appointment But This Time I Was Driving Already. The MA Was Polite But Could Use More Training When Performing Vitals (She Didn't Take My Temp & The Blood Pressure Cuff Was Not Applied Correctly). I was visiting from out of town and developed an ear infection. EVERYONE at vybe was friendly. They saw me immediately. The PA’s I saw were caring, listened well and competent.
I had such an amazing experience. The staff and nurses were absolutely amazing ? and the doctor whose name was Justin was one of the best. He took amazing care of my son and pin pointed the situation right away. My son is very shy and scared of the doctors. They all made him content and relaxed. ❤️
