Super-fast return and friendly service on a laptop repair - I broke my screen after tripping over the power cord, sending it to the floor. I bought the unit in on Wednesday and was told there was two jobs ahead of mine, so they would get back to me by lunch time the next day with a quote after evaluating the computer. He called a bit over two hours later with a great price quote, so I gave him the go-ahead to do the work, and it was back to me the next day.
