Been searching for a rolfer for many years that would compare to my original rolfer who trained under Ida Rolf...... found him!Amazing first session.... so happy to have found him!!
Brian has fixed things that I wasn't sure could ever be fixed!After a few knee surgeries and various sports injuries, I was out of balance in all sorts of little ways. I needed to do deep knee bends, for example, but it was so uncomfortable that I wasn't doing them anymore. He figured out where things were too tight and bound up and for the first time in about two years, I can comfortably do all these exercises again! All the movements that used to be vaguely uncomfortable are fluid again.
