Charged me for not provided service. I called to clarify if they do laser mole removal (as opposed to shaving since it’s on my face) and the person on the phone said yes. I made an appointment, came to the consultation just to hear that they actually don’t do it, even though moles were safe to remove. Not only this, even the shaving appointment needs to be set separately (they said it will be 15 min if I decide to do it), and the closest availability was in more than a month. So I wasted my time, and they also charged me $156 for what? Just for 5 min of doctor time that said me that they can’t provide a service I initially inquired and made appointment for? Save your time and money and go to another center, people.

My first visit since being a patient of Dr Neustader Dr Samara Pollock was very thorough through my melanoma check and noted a mole that had previously not been discovered! We sent off for analysis. Office is stunning and immaculate and appointment was spaced well! Back in December!
