As a first-time user, my experience at ReCenter was truly unique and transformative. It provided an amazing opportunity to reconnect with my inner self in a way I had never experienced before.
I have had many massages over the years, both locally and while traveling, primarily for relaxation and stress relief. What Meredith offers goes far beyond that. She begins with an in-depth interview process that allows her to truly understand you and tailor the experience to your individual needs.

I had a really positive experience with Meridith. Meridith is very trauma informed and her energy and the environment felt very soothing and welcoming. I had some serious shifts during the session, and she offers follow up and aftercare to keep a continued connection. I felt listened to and the container that we co-created felt safe and unique to my own situation and respectful of my preferences and needs.
Finally, a bodyworker who listens to your body, and not just your words.
