One of my furnaces that heats my master bedroom and my guest room in addition to the respective bathrooms was not working at all. When the Tech arrived out to appraise the situation he had to order parts. I was upset as this was a relative new furnace since 2020 so I was not a delighted camper. The parts were under warranty but not, of course, the labor. The cost was $670.50 which was a wonderful deal of money for a 80 years old widow who lies alone to have to shell. But they attended to my situation swiftly as possible. I was able to spend 01/26 thru 01/30 at a friends house. I believe the furnace was not working since 01/21-22? At first I didn't realize there was a problem. So I didn't call for fix for a few days. Grangers is always responsive. To me that is the main thing.
