Professional support! Only two visits I needed to improve the pain in my shoulder drastically. My therapists advised me to do things and I just followed what they said as instructed. They were patient, caring and knowledgeable in providing help to ease my shoulder pain during PT session. Thank you!! Scheduling an appt was easy and the staff was also friendly that made me feel comfortable. Wholeheartedly recommend Optimal to those seeking physical therapy.

- The physical therapists here really take the time to evaluate and listen to you. It’s been difficult finding someone to take my lower back pain seriously. They were able to diagnose me with anterior tilt and have given me the skills and strength to go about my life pain free.
- Also wanna give a shout out to the front desk for always working with my schedule! The entire staff is kind, empathetic and try’s their best to make your session enjoyable.

George and team will make sure you walk away feeling accomplished! Over the course of 4 months I was always excited to come in and work on what was not feeling right the week before. When I first started I could barely walk up the stairs without pain and by the time I finished, George had me lunging, lifting weight, and feeling ready to get back to the gym. Atmosphere is fun, focused, and intimate. Highly recommended!
