Dr. Sobel is a very kind and thorough doctor. He makes sure his patients are heard and makes sure medical issues are addressed with a mutually agreed upon plan. He definitely spends time to hear exactly what's going on, offers evidence based solutions and data on the issues too. His staff are members are fantastic as well from the point of entry walking in the lobby door to checking out! Bonita (front desk street level), Maryam (lower level desk) Sharon (front desk), Teresa (MA), and Kavie (scribe) This is an awesome team ready to help! Thanks so much!
This was my first visit to this location. I see Dr. Lackritz and previously went to the Spring Garden location. Due to impossibility scheduling, I landed on this location to not delay my annual by months. Scheduling - inconvenient. They have the MyChartJefferson, but I would go in every single morning around 7 am and click every single day that is available on the calendar, and every single day it was unavailable. I played that game for a month. Finally I messaged them on MyChart and they got me scheduled, but each year scheduling seems to be difficult. My appointment keeps getting pushed back 2 months + past my annual, but it is what it is - American Healthcare. Dr. Lackritz is great, the best GYN I've had in a while and why I continue to return to see her. I had a relatively smooth experience at this location. When you enter on the ground floor they check you in, and give you a paper and direct you downstairs. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment, and was seen appx 15 minutes after my appointment time, annoying but relatively typical of healthcare in the states. Fingers crossed for a better scheduling experience next year, but we shall see!
I don't think I've ever been to an OB/GYN practice this large before. The entire department takes up two floors (that I know of). There is a check in process on the ground floor that was well executed. I was then given instructions to go to the lower level where there was an enormous waiting area made up of multiple seating arrangements and in the rear a row of check out stations. My doctor, Dr. Allyne, was great. Very comforting and thorough. The entire staff was very friendly. I'm glad I chose them for my care.
