The service was acceptable. There was confusion as to the actual cremation date between the owner and the assistant. Delay in receiving my brothers death certificates from Nix funeral home which delayed settling the estate. The entrance to the funeral home desperately needs an upgrade/ cleanup.
I rated this acceptable because of the assistance I received from Shamika, she was the saving grace throughout the ordeal. However I would recommend reviewing other funeral homes before settling on Nix and Nix funeral home.

I have used this place in the past this is my second time using them , my experience with them has been very sympathetic they work with you they are very detailed oriented they reach out too you. They provide you with any and all information you need too help your family with the process. I WOULD use them again.

I appreciated the professionalism of the Nix Funeral Facility.
They enthusiastically handled my sister's ceremony and continued to help me even after a year of my sister's passing.
I recommend them and would ask their assistance again ( if the need arises)
