I’ve been attending Mrcp at 330 W. Oregon Ave. for several weeks and the experience has been exceptional. The front desk personnel make me feel welcome and at ease, they are friendly efficient, and always ready to assist with any questions or scheduling needs.
The physical therapists are knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and tailoring each session Accordingly. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking effective and compassionate care.

Hello. My name is Sharon Bingham and I go to therapy at MRCP. My experience with the staff is unbelievable. Everyone was so pleasant, so very nice. So understanding first of all, I would like to say, Miss Larileah i call her sunshine. She's a ray of sunshine in the morning when I come in beautiful smile. Beautiful conversation. Can you make sure I'm OK? She ask me how is my morning? She's always bright.
She make sure I'm okay every time I come. And when I leave, it's the same thing. She's bright as the sunshine smile laughter.i love her

Miss Jackie, beautiful person. I call her beautiful because everything. She says it's a beautiful thing. And I love that about her. She's another one. She makes sure I'm okay. And make sure everything is done. She holds conversation with me that I enjoy.

Mr Rob is a wonderful person? Beautiful inside and out, make sure that everything. It's okay with me. Rather, it's happy or sad he knows what he's doing. He knows when I'm going through and he's always behind me.
I never met a therapist, that was so kind is thoughtfulness, his kindness, his joyfulness.
When I come there, sometimes he greets me to walk me down hall very pleasant. Always something nice to say he's always straight up with me. And very concerned always. I love him. I love the staff

MR Erasto always very kind and I mean very kind. He make sure that I'm okay. He make sure that I have everything.
He asks me how I'm doing. How have I been always concerned? I love that about him and the staff everyone always concerned and I love that

Miss Bernadette always there always concerned, always appreciated always smiling. I love her pins. That she wears every time I see her? It's a different pin and it's always cheerful. She's a beautiful person. Inside in out

Miss Valarie i call her little bit because she is so precious. That's what little bit mean so pleasant. So concerned she always asked me. Do you need some water and I laugh? And I say, no baby. I'm okay, thank you she always make sure I'm okay and always tell me. I'm doing good and that I got this.

Miss audrey. I see her sometimes, but when I do see her. It's always a smile on her face. Such a beautiful person.

Miss Caroline i see her once a week and when I do. It's always with a smile in a hug. She's a beautiful person and I love her.

Miss Natalie. I just met her and she always greets me with a smile.
She is a kind of shy, but it's okay because the smile tells it all.

I love I love this facility. I would go nowhere else everyone is so nice to me. And I love all of them and anyone that meets them We'll feel the same way I do.

I love this place their staff is amazing!! They go out and beyond to help everyone they treat very caring, and professional! MRCP is a great place to do therepy such nice people and very helpful with my recovery!

The staff here are amazing! They are warm and welcoming and they know my name. The staff are flexible with my work and life schedule. I have received therapy in the past, but I have never experienced anything like this place!

My dog & I were hit by an SUV while crossing Girard Ave @ Frankford - yea pretty busy intersection. I was literally put back together by the wonderful caring most knowledgeable & professional staff! It doesn’t matter who Rob, Erasto or Bernette you will receive the best care ever! A shout out to Dr Devaney who listens and attends to your medical needs. The ladies @ the front desk are personable, helpful and assist in appointments and paperwork I am certain had I gone somewhere else I would not be able to return to a full & productive life. Who knew PT could be something to look forward to! Thank you everyone ❤️

Today was my last day here. It’s a bittersweet feeling. The staff here is Amazing. They have been truly supportive and welcoming during my time here. Going above and beyond measures for the patients as well as for each other. I’ve grown to love them as Family. I want to say thank you to everyone Jackie ,Laura Lee ,Rob,Roscoe, Bernadette, Dr.Devany & all other Colleagues as well as other staff members. I’m sorry if I forgot anyone. If you’re looking for personable & professional care Oregon Ave, is the place to go. In addition to the PT regiment plan they care about you! A pet peeve of mine is customer service and your team exceeded my expectations. Thank you all for your kindness and commitment to service your clients with excellent care.
