Gabrielle's beginners Iyengar class was amazing. As a vinyasa flow devotee, this class really helped me to slow down, draw attention to my alignment, and settle into poses. Thoroughly enjoyed the space and instruction style. Gabrielle was welcoming and patient with newcomers. Very attentive to personal needs as well, at 20 weeks pregnant, Gabrielle talked me through safely getting into poses and possibilities within poses. Thank you for sharing your practice with me.
