I stopped in after this shop caught my eye when driving through the area many times. After doing some lock research on my own explained to Ron and Matt that I wanted a higher grade commercial #2 lock in brass. We had a great conversation about locks, i wanted to nerd out a little. I went with a silver lock since they wear better with outdoor exposure vs brass. He helped me in installation guidance and offered installation. Super glad I met these guys and got my lock there to support a family business. They matched keys and the keys work perfect. God bless

Fox chase lock & key always get it right the 1st time. Never had to bring a key back because it didn't work. They do great with re-keying & programming after vehicle thefts as well. Plus, I'm supporting small business and not big time corporate stores. Every lil bit helps!!

Fox Chase Lock & Key are INCREDIBLE! I had the best experience with them today. They came out to change all the locks on my sister's house at my request today...and it's Christmas Eve! Their workers, Julian and Jonah were very efficient and took care of my sister's house so that she would be safe. Their employee, Ron, made my sister's job a priority. Their employees Matt in the store and Matt in billing were really awesome! I so appreciate their kindness and caring for the client. I highly recommend Fox Chase Lock & Key. Not only all of that, but they are reasonably priced
