The appointment timing was right on schedule, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. I had Eugene come out for a bad breaker, and he did an excellent job finding the issue and fixing it safely. He also helped with an extra outlet installation at my older house before, and the work was done neatly and correctly. There was already a flood light in place, so he could have simply swapped the fixture and been done, but he took the extra step to check everything thoroughly. David went up into my attic to make sure the electrical wiring and connections were safe and correct. When a small amount of insulation fell from the attic access, he cleaned it up right away. He was careful, respectful, and treated both me and my home with real care. I also appreciated that he explained what he was checking and made sure the flood light was working properly before leaving. I will definitely keep using this electrician for future electrical work.

David and his two electricians were excellent. I had a potentially unsafe electrical panel issue, and they came out the very next day. David was friendly, professional, and clearly knew electrical work well. He carefully inspected the panel, explained the wiring and the problem in simple terms, and kept me informed through the whole service call. They made my repair a priority and replaced the panel right away. David even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working safely.
