?BIG MISTAKES... Somehow between the two partners they BOTCHED my daughter's case!!!!! She ended up being coerced into settling for pennies and is left with a condition that will last her lifetime. ??? Ms. Marion began the process and along the way we believe she made CRUCIAL MISTAKES because her partner Mr. Beckman took over all correspondence and when we asked to speak with Ms. Marion or questioned what happened to their expert witness in the case our inquiries were declined, deflected and/or ignored and Mr. Beckman got irrate with us on multiple occasions.
