America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

In the past, I have had inconsistent experiences with America's Best at other locations. When I noticed the new location in Andorra, I was hesitant but I'm glad I didn't let my past experience keep me from visiting this location.I really like the staff here and Phyllis and Colmar (sp?) are great! They are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My son has broken his glasses several times since we ordered them. I had to have them replaced once but the other times, Colmar was able to repair them onsite - which saved our family a lot of time and money. I stopped in one day to ask about hours and Insurance coverage. Phyllis was friendly, profesional and answered all my questions. As a result, I made an appointment. At my appointment I was greated by Comar. Comar was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My pre-Optometrist session was very thorough. My visit with the Optometrist was excellent. After that visit, Colmar was excellent at identifying my eyewear needs and he helped me select the glasses that fit my vision and style needs. Overall, it was an excellent visit and I highly recommend America's Best for any vision needs.

I’ve had pretty bad experiences with Americas Best off of Rosevelt Blvd. (both locations) when it came to the wait time. I decided to try a different location off of Henry Ave and I must say they were so fast and efficient. I didn’t have to wait for the doctors because they were actually in the building. My appointment was at 11:40 I was done by 11:58 because for the first time I was actually seen at the time of my appointment. At the other sites I would wait an hour an a half and then finally be seen. But on Henry Ave absolutely great service. Thank you ??
