We have used AC and T for our floors twice-and we couldn’t be more pleased with both outcomes . Our first job was complicated and required repairing and staining three different types of wood to match. Very few wood repair companies are willing or able to do this but Kevin’s knowledge, keen eye, patience and professionalism resulted in the most beautiful floors! For both jobs the finished floors surpassed our expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this company- the guys who did the job listen and do an amazing job. We will, without a second thought use AC and T for any future project and count ourselves lucky to use them. I can’t recommend enough! Kevin has a sophisticated eye and always aims to please. He is honest, patient and most importantly they really know what they are doing!Thank you Kevin!

This recent work in August was to refinish the oak hardwood floors in the dining room, living room, foyer and hallway in a house that we just moved into. We worked with Kevin and his awesome crew to refinish the floors in our entire home in January 2021. He was responsive, kind, thorough, helpful, and SO knowledgeable during every part of the process, from initial bid all the way through final payment. He shared insights about all the different kinds of poly finishes, best way to clean the floors, etc. Their dustless sanding system was AWESOME too, there was basically no dust after they were done. They even sanded our stair railings/banisters at no additional cost - such a sweet gesture. 3.5 years later, we worked with Kevin again to get an estimate on removing some tile and replacing/refinishing the area with wood. He was once again so helpful and responsive for this bid. I would highly recommend Kevin and AC&T Hardwood Floors to anyone.

I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining room and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them.The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.

Although we ultimately did not move forward with AC&T Hardwood floors, I do want to shout out this company and Kevin for his professionalism, ease of scheduling and warm demeanor. Kevin scheduled us with a very quick turn around time, and was able to provide the quote within 24 hours of the visit. His team also has a hardwood floor care guide that he developed himself and shares with you. Our final decision was mostly financial and a very slight difference in quote cost, but I honestly would not hesitate to recommend Kevin based on our impression. In addition, I will gladly reach out to him again in the future should we have flooring needs.

Five stars across the board! We had a cat-driven need to replace some carpet (ahem, she decided to use it instead of her litter box), and the small was making it a fairly urgent issue. We replaced gross carpet with durable laminate.Kevin was incredibly responsive and what followed was a turnaround time that blew me away: He came by on Wednesday, sent a quote on Thursday, confirmed our flooring choice was in stock on Friday morning, did half the work on Friday afternoon, and had everything finished before noon on Saturday. (Compare this to someone else who quoted me an over two month wait at more than twice the price!)Kevin and his team were friendly, incredibly prompt, and did excellent work. 100% would use again and recommend to anyone I know.
