Today I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent plumber Mr. Bobby Burkle. He was courteous and took great pride in his appearance as well as his work. He was attentive, patient and listened to all my plumbing problems. I was very impressed by his extensive knowledge. He offered me various solutions to address my plumbing issues. Mr. Burkle was able to open up my pipes in my dual utility sinks. I can now do my laundry without my tubs overflowing and having to mop the floor countless times. Called and got a real person, scheduled based on my needs. Got a text to let me know that the tech was on his way. Michael showed up on time, put on his shoe covers, and assessed the situation. He made recommendations and did not try and oversell me like the other company I had called for the same problem. He was very professional and talked me through the process. He repaired the pipe under my sink and installed a new wax ring under my toilet. All within 1.5 hours. He left the bathroom as he found it, nice and clean. They charge a fair price. I'm surprised by the large number of poor reviews here. I found them a little expensive but they were fast and came when they were needed. I work from home so it was not a good thing to look up and see water beading on the ceiling over my head. Definitely an "oh Sh**!" moment. I called the plumber I've used for years and he was out of town. I asked who he could recommend and he said Donnellys. I think I called them at about noon and someone was there less than 2 hours later. We talked discussed options and then he cut a small hole in the ceiling and drained out over a gallon of water from a leaking in a bath tub pip over head. If he hadn't been... read full review
