We have two puppy cocker spaniels. And they have been groomed before, however we wanted to try this place since my mother had taken our late dog here. And the groomer had done a wonderful job, before.This time however, neither my mother or I felt pleased with how our dogs turned out. Firstly, this groomer ruined our dogs coat. In some areas the shave went down to their skin, and it wasn't until after we got them shaved again by the previously groomer did we realize there was knacks and wounds on their skin under their arms and legs. And she was unable to fix their nails, which is fine.During grooming on of dogs, he fell off the table. I applaud the groomer for being honest, however I had thought the dogs would be placed in a harness to keep him secure during a shave?When we took our dogs back to our original groomer she noted that now both of pups were growling and trying to bite her when she tried to fix their cuts. And even with the shave they received, their fur is different lengths and they will need to go through another shave to be even.My mother fought with me on reviewing this grooming service. However, I would have wanted someone to warn me about this place before hand. Not only did we have to pay for 2 groomers in the same week. But this groomer had hurt my dogs and traumatized them.

The owner Pat really took her time and did a nice job on our new puppy. I was very surprised at how low her price was for what she did. She's one of the only places in the area that was accepting new clients. I was very happy with her work!
