I went for a consultation and Lisa agreed to take on my hair challenge i explained how my kids said that my jet black hair color made me look like one of those super old ladies/ grannies with the bluish blackish looking hair color.... She said no problem we can fix it... It might take a while but it can be done... So i came back 2hr later to sit through 41/2 hrs of color correction,bleaching,and than all the shampooing/washing of my hair. I swear my hair was washed probably 35 times lol till it was all said and done.... I will say that majority of the 41/2 hr time was spent on the color correction process. Lisa was Fantastic with my daughter. She took her time and was very sociable. I loved the fact that she suggested I move a chair over closer to the cutting chair to make both myself and 5 year old more comfortable for our first visit. Definitely going back!
