Ray and his team did a wonderful job in preparation for work to be done on my home, he introduced himself, let me know what company he is working for and what he would be doing.
Ray and the other men were respectful, professional and proficient at my home.
Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and respectful. He explained everything he was doing and why it was being done. He also explained what else needed to be done in the future so we knew what to expect. He patiently answered our numerous questions. I feel like we are being well-taken care of. Servpro is lucky to have Anthony as an employee! Keep up the good work, Anthony and Servpro!
Seems like this is a great company like anything else I have OCD so everything has to be perfect. It’s not gonna make a plan but before I give a comment, I just wanna see how good these guys are or women don’t wanna clean up for me.
