My landlord made an appointment. The technician rang our doorbell once and when my boyfriend came to the door approximately 30-60 seconds later, the technician had gone back to his truck. My boyfriend proceeded to stand there, holding the door just for the technician to get in his vehicle and immediately drive away. He then texted my landlord the words "rude" and "good luck". I really feel that we dodged a bullet here. Will gladly take our business elsewhere. Please be more respectful to your potential customers.

Jayson was awesome, called him on a Thursday, he came out Saturday, and did the work by Tuesday. Super responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The prices were affordable and he was very upfront and honest, will recommend to all family and friends.
