I booked an appointment with Safaya for a wash, straighten, and trim and it came out STUNNING! The shine, the trim, the flip in my hair.. all of it I was in love with! I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Safaya was efficient, fairly priced, and talented. Truly didn’t think my hair could look as nice as it did, she worked magic. It’s been 2 weeks and my hair has held up straightness. 10/10! Super pleased!

I got a sew-in and it looks magnificent, i was literally falling asleep in her chair, really gentle hands, and she takes her time. Ladies if your looking for a new spot this is a place to go. Btw i don't lie for nobody, so swing pass.

Have tried to schedule an appt for a month and everytime I call the owner states she is busy either out partying or ‘on a call’ very unprofessional. If you don’t want to do my hair just say that don’t waste my time thinking you are up for it. DO not go here. This was even after she dyed my hair and it came out exactly how it was before. When I confronted her she said “that’s the color I did’ horrible service. She cut it well but it seems she does not know how to communicate that is all.

Unprofessional,poor communication when letting clients know there running behind or just saying hello when they walk in the door. Consultations are poor. Dont know how good the work is because i didnt stick around to find due to poor scheduling.

Knowing I wanted my hair done for a very special occasion, I was assured that my hair could be styled a certain way. Although I was given an appointment for a certain time, I was there nearly 4 hours. Apparently she had other patrons scheduled around the same time because she was working on them around working on me. Adding insult to injury, I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair. It was not even remotely close to what I wanted and to what she said she could do. She could have been a little more professional by not scheduling me for a time when she knew had other appointments scheduled and by doing my hair as she said she could do. She also could have been a little bit more professional by staying off her phone. Needless to say this was a very upsetting experience for me, more so because she knew I was coming to her because of my upcoming special occasion. It was a complete waste of my time and hard earned money, something most of us cannot afford to do, especially during these times.
