Love this salon 💇♀️ 💖💅I had such a great experience here! The service was fast, the customer service was excellent, and the salon was very clean and welcoming. The stylist are very friendly and professional, and I left feeling so happy with all my daughter’s hair. Highly recommend 🫶🏽

The service was amazing. I walked in and immediately got my hair washed, cut, blow dried, and pressed in an hour. All for $50, you cannot beat that and the quality is the best I have ever had. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be coming back here! 10/10

I have 3c-4a textured hair. Asked for a wash, silk press and trim. At some point during the wash they added relaxer without my consent. And during the straightening and blow drying process I kept reminding the woman to use heat protection and she was spraying it like it was the last bottle on earth. The trim wasn’t even satisfying. Finally wet my hair and my curls did not come back. Hair is extra frizzy, dry, and the bottom half of my hair have long straight strands as if I need to cut them off. I have been natural for three years after a big chop and they ruined my efforts and hair with my first silk press since being natural.

Very unprofessional! They don’t realize that certain customers speak Spanish. Like the other review said about them arguing back n forth not wanting to do certain people’s hair due to texture is completely true! I’ve sat there and listened them argue saying someone’s hair was too rough for them to handle saying she didn’t want to do it cause it made her arms hurt. Then I saw the lady who chose to do her hair practically ripping her tangles out instead of taking her time to do it gently. The poor girl looked like she was in so much pain. They enjoy African American people coming in, so they can gossip about them as they’re doing their hair. I can pretty much say I’ve witnessed what most of these other reviews say! So I’m guessing it happens frequently. If you’re African American you’re better off driving to Philly!! Plus, the owner replying to these reviews is extremely rude! So if you have a response for me it’s irrelevant! Instead of trying to get clients back and apologize she rather the back through reviews! Petty! I guess they’ll continue to lose customers! Charging with a card isn’t a big deal. Everyone knows how to do that, they just want people to pay the extra fee on ATM, so they can also get paid!

I went yesterday to dye my hair, I brought an image of what I wanted and they left it all wrong and ruined my hair, all because I was on the run!! If you don't have time and don't know how to do this type of work, it's better not to do it...!

I went in on a Monday evening. It was not overcrowded and there were plenty of stylists. I arrived at 4:45p and left by 6:45. Can't beat 2 hours for natural 4b/4c hair. Wash girl checked in regularly and asked me how I was doing. The stylist did a great job! No complaints.
