We met this team on our worst day, when our husky was not feeling well. They helped us usher him over the rainbow bridge. The staff was very friendly and kind to us during this difficult time. We are so thankful for all of their help.
I recently brought Mischa, to Newton Veterinary Hospital, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the truly exceptional experience we had.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and customer service were outstanding. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and provided a calm, reassuring environment. Great vet to take your pet. Service is great. Most of the staff are pleasant. My last experience with the front desk could have been better. I set up an appointment after a cancelation happened and I was told on the Otto app that my appointment would be 9:30 am.
Next day I get a call at 8:40 am asking where I am and was told in a rude tone that my appointment was 8:30 am and not 9:30 am. I rushed in and during check-in showed the receptionist (the one I spoke to on the phone) the screenshot of the Otto conversation that showed 9:30 am. Never got an apology, just said "Well we'll have to check in on that disconnect."
