Wonderful!! Had a great case worker Lexi! She assisted me throughout the entire process, she was patient and kind and did not treat me any differently due to my financial barriers with going back to school. She made the entire process as painless as possible. Because of her and this program I successfully completed my year of nursing school graduating with honors! Thank you 😊

I don’t even have enough words to describe how horrible my experience was with the people that I came to for help with unemployment. It’s difficult enough to lose your ability to make a living. It’s worse when the systems and resources and people that are meant to help you make it worse. ||||| The previous text was my original post. I received a comment from the owner asking for more information and I have found no possible way to respond. (Owner) If you would honestly like a response please tell me how to go about doing so.

The staff here is super helpful and friendly. They will help you from start to finish and help answer any questions you might have. They brought a lot of relief and comfort in walking me through. Highly recommended!

I had tried to get thru to the Indiana UC office for three days, both via phone ( always busy) and on the WEB. Web links did not work. I called the AK Career Link office and was connected to alive person in a few minutes. She set up an appointment at the Alle-Kiski office so I could come in to set up a new claim. Although this is not traditionally their role, they went out of their way to help a new claim filer.The UC office in Indiana could take some lessons from theCareer Link office in New Kensington. I wish I could give 6 Stars. .

Having to be in the unemployment line for the first time in 26 months and all the changes made to the uc I am glad that this office is close to where I live. Very nice and helpful staff

They are wonderful! They know what to do. They got me through applying for UE & IDMe which I failed numerous times trying for several days before going to CareerLink.
