Very nice, caring, and good-hearted people. I recently had to put my beautiful boy Spartan down, and it was extremely hard to say the least. Everyone here was very respectful and kind, and did the best they could to give me some time with him in his final moments. I'm crying as I'm writing this because it still hurts so badly I loved that dog SO MUCH, and although there was nothing that could really be done, it helped at least a little knowing that they let me be with him when it happened. Excellent vet. Was able to see our dog as a new patient (when visiting family in NJ) on a Saturday with very short notice. Excellent caring staff with onsite lab who promptly helped our dog in spite of her somewhat complicated history. Highly recommmend Dr. Austin and her staff.

Jambor had his first vet visit at New Hope Veterinary Hospital. Thank you Dr. Austin for the TLC and for successfully treating his ear infection and allergies (I couldn’t be more impressed). Thank you Emily for handling and nail clipping. Thank you Lori for greeting us with smiles and weighing this tiny guy. You are all amazing!! ???
