I’ve lived in New Hope my entire life. Handsome is the barbershop I always recommend. Steve is the man and is such a great hair stylist and person. But my man Anthony… seriously, that guy nails it every single time, he’s become my go to whenever I’m due for a trim. I’m not incredibly picky about how my hair looks, but gosh darn it these guys consistently make me look sharp! Great atmosphere, great barbershop, great time. Highly recommend!

Worst ownership customer service and horrible stylists. Have tried a few of them for both myself and my son and so disappointed. Brought my son home from his cut and his uncle said “you have to start taking him to a barber, this is bad” and I said “I just did!!” Spend your money elsewhere and get a good cut with an owner who deserves your business. Steve is the worst!

I stopped into this shop years back when it was in downtown of New Hope and it was a happening place. One barber I spoke with was kind and I recall mentioning that I would be back another day for a haircut. I never got around to it until yesterday. The location was hard to find and I had to call to learn where it was in the plaza. When I arrived inside on a Thursday afternoon the place was large, fairy clean, but quiet besides one barber cutting one guy’s hair. He was a kind and gentle hearted barber, but not confident and experienced with cutting hair. I’m glad I didn’t ask for my usual fade and instead asked for a trim. The barber didn’t grab my hair and take off what needed to be taken off to freshen the hair. Instead he hesitantly and meekly trimmed my hair SLOWLY with scissors and an electric trimmer. I was left with a haircut that was rounded at the back (even though I asked for it to be squared) and my hair naturally falling in different directions. It is unstylable at this time. I also got a beard trim. The barber didn’t take off all the flyaways and instead left me with more than when I arrived. Additionally he cut a bit too high on my beard below my chin so that the hair is clumped and sticking out. This was not worth $65 (plus the $5 tip I gave the barber). I feel it’s also worth mentioning the barber spoke little English and didn’t understand much of what I was saying. I think this language barrier stacked on top of the inexperience led to the misshapen result.

When I moved to Bucks County from New York, I had a hard time finding a barber who was truly skilled. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I found Steven. Best barber in Bucks County in my opinion. Bonus points for being gay friendly - I love that I can talk about my husband and my life with my barber. I mean, isn’t that what going to the barbershop is for???

Best local barber shop. Always a terrific experience in a friendly atmosphere.... And always a great cut. I like to change styles from time to time, as well as try different beard and goatee options. Steve is consistently the best when it comes to listening and giving advice on what will work, and what won't.

Expensive as hell and Google sends you to new Hope River not the shopping center by giant very inconvenient not really I'm pressed nice looking place but 40 without tip is way to gotdam expensive shm sorry y'all
