Great company to work with. We have used zimmerman's before and have always been pleased. Joshua Labure was our representative and gave us a knowledgeable, thorough, honest and fast quote. He explained all that would be done and covered any cost that may arise so there would be no surprises. It was a very pleasant experience so far . I originally was working with another company. I gave them a 3800 deposit after 6 weeks the communication stopped on their end. I was so frustrated. I called Zimmerman's and Malik came out the same day. He was very kind and patient. He wanted to hear about my previous experience and he asked me what were my main concerns. He listened and reassured me that my experience would be 100% different. I had just gotten another estimate that same day. That company said everything I wanted to hear and also said work would be done by next week. This was very familiar as the other company that tried to scam me said all the same things. Had a phone call within 2 business hours of filling out the contact me section of the website, and had a representative out the next day. Josh Labure went over the roof and explained everything he was seeing. Very through and complete, I can't wait to see what the new roof looks like.
