I reached out to this salon over text to ask if they could work with 4C hair, and I was told they don’t have anyone who can do it. It’s incredibly frustrating and honestly disappointing that in 2025, there are still so many salons that don’t know how to work with Black or mixed-texture hair.
If you advertise as a full-service salon, that should include all hair types not just straight or loosely textured hair. 4C hair isn’t rare, and it shouldn’t be treated like a specialty case. It’s exhausting constantly having to check if someone is even trained to work with my hair. This is just another reminder of how behind the beauty industry still is when it comes to true inclusivity.

Today was my first time at this salon. Prices and fair and they use great products. Taylor gave my friend and I pedicures. She was fantastic! The salon is beautiful, clean , and everyone is very friendly. I will be making an appointment again for pedicure and a hair appointment with Taylor!

Great salon for hair color, cut, spray tan. Mani- pedi- all services are awesome. Staff is friendly and professional. And, the salon itself is very nice. Highly recommend!

I cannot believe how rude these folks are. A woman doing someone's nails and a man that came upstairs. I googled "haircut near me" and talked to a man he said be here in 30 min (personal issue with my usual barber and I have 2 public events this week and need a quick haircut) Place I spoke to was across the street ok I get it im at the wrong spot (imagine just for a moment being a human and making an error ?) but the vibe I recieved actually offended me, can't remember last time i had such a feeling. I treat everyone as an equal I see why only one customer was sitting there. Treat potential customers with kindness not this arrogance both people displayed. To top it off I even offered to be a customer. I said "i can get my haircut her" he didnt like that and quickly dismissed this notion as though my business wasnt good enough.Edit: and I understand how to treat potential customers. Kindness! I won't be able to stop talking about this. I bet in 5 years (doubt you will still be in business) I will still be bringing this unfortunate situation up. My stunning daughter will never see the inside of this place now and her friends cause they will be coming , she's 7 and on her way up. You turned hundreds of potential local customers away treating me this way.
