We've been working with Pocono Service Pros for a long while now, and Keith has been amazing every single time. He consistently goes above and beyond - shows up when he says he will, knows septic systems inside and out, and always takes the time to explain what's going on instead of just throwing jargon at us. No upselling, no nonsense, just honest work done right.
It's rare to find someone this reliable and genuinely good at what they do. Keith takes real pride in his work and it shows. If you've got septic needs in the Poconos, he's the guy to call. Couldn't recommend him more highly.
Dan from PSP arrived on a Saturday to help with a broken sump pump and water pressure problems. He explained the steps needed, was patient and efficient, and advised me about future maintenance for the pressure tank. I appreciated their services and will continue using them.
Keith and Dan provided exceptional service when I was in a pinch. My boiler stopped working overnight and Keith was on the phone with me at 7AM on a Saturday spending over an hour troubleshooting the problem. We went over options and he went out of his way to find a blower to resolve the issue. His brother Dan was at our house my noon to install the new blower and fully resolve the issue. They really showed what it means to go above and beyond for your customers. We’d recommend them to anyone!
