Appalled at the owner’s insensitivity with my situation, especially considering she is a dog owner herself. My dog was rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night on Thursday. They were able to save her life, and I was able to bring her home. I called as soon as I got home this morning around 8 or 9 (Friday) to let them know I would not be able to be in Saturday as my dog was just hospitalized and cannot be left alone for any amount of time. I understand that is an inconvenience to you, but my dog almost died, please show some respect and compassion. She sent a passive aggressive text asking if anything was going to change and to let them know because Rachel was booked with me for 4 hours. I sent her a screenshot of the $7,000 vet bill and blocked her. This place only cares about collecting a check. Also, this place is wildly overpriced.

The salon was nicely decorated, very clean and bright. I was tried of my long thin hair and Rachael took the time to listen to me and what what I wanted in a haircut. She gave me a cut and style that I really like!

I first tried booking an appointment a few weeks ago to get my hair done. I used the online scheduling and thought everything was fine. I got a call the next day from the salon canceling my appointment because the online booking double booked. So a few weeks later I scheduled another online appointment. Walking into this salon I was in aw! This place was BEAUTIFUL it was so welcoming and inviting. I showed Rachel some pictures of what I wanted and she went to work. My appointment was at 11 and I didn’t leave until almost 2 I LOVED the way my hair came out! It cost me $260 plus $40 for a product for my hair for me to take home. It was the most I have ever spent on my hair but I loved the outcome and I was there for 3 hours. I’m only giving it a 4 because I was forced to reschedule. Otherwise I loved everything else about my visit!
Stylist: My stylist was Rachel and she did a very good job! And was very pleasant to talk to

I love this salon!! Lois has brought my hair back to life! She took so much time with me to show me how to care for my hair and style it!! She was able to get me in at the very last minute and help me when I needed it most. She knew exactly what to do and actually cared! Her team also helped. I can’t speak highly enough of Lois and her team of stylists. I’ll be going back regularly. Thank you Looks Salon!

Best haircut I have had in years. I have tried over 5 places in the Pittsburgh area and finally found a great spot! I would absolutely recommend Rachel and Looks Salon to anyone looking for a professional haircut.
