3. Walked in on the day of the appointment.
4. Got the vaccination for my daughter.
5. Made the payment.

Filled up a couple of forms as a new patient. Staff and Nurses were really polite and helpful. This was my first time with UPMC and the whole process was smooth.
My experience so far with this location has been awesome. I love Dr. Tate and Mercedes NP. These providers have shown my family kindness, healthcare guidance, and support since we moved to the area last year in 2023. You 3 are truly what healthcare should look like everywhere. Thank you! ❤️
Update: Unfortunately, Mercedes NP is no longer at the practice for now, I guess. I was pretty upset, my daughter, and I didn't get to say goodbye. She was one of the reasons we stayed so long.
They are good there but when you are on hold you end up waiting 45 mins to an hour for a nurse to pick up! Its a serious problem and eveytime you tell them its a diff excuse why they dont awnser the phone! This problem needs dealt with for real.
