Just WOW!I went through my home owners warranty to get my AC fixed, as I had already attempted to do this warranty fulfillment with A&S (-5/5 for them), and Austin shown up to diagnose my current situation. The previous repair missed a damaged wire, which meant the unit was flipping itself into defrost every cycle, thus literally doubling my electric bill for an entire month (300$ regular bill to 600 that month) plus the initial week due to it being 'fixed' by the prior company. Austin was knowledgeable and took the time to look directly into what I was relating to him. He retested all the symptoms but then took into consideration that something might of been missed or malfunctioning and spent the extra time needed to find the busted wire.My interaction with their phone rep was superb. Pauline deserves a raise, or at least to get paid for 12+ hour days. I had extra work to do at my own job and attempted to call them at 6am to leave a message in relation to the day the tech came to fix additional issues that the previous company outright MISSED, and to my surprise Pauline answered (mind you I spoke with her the day before around supper time). Not only did she take my apologies with grace, she chuckled and told me "Well its my job and I was waking up anyways". 6/5 would hire again, and I'd advise locals to consider them over their competitors because paying once and having a solution beats paying 2-3 times and questioning the work!Services: A/C system repair
