Crazy scheduling process. Techs do their own schedules but you cannot schedule direct? You have to leave your name and number and wait.... I can think of a half dozen better ways to handle scheduling.

I've been going to Billie Jean's off and on for 35 years. I've had different operators due to some of them moving or retiring, so I can't really tell you who's the best because they're all good really. I've had everything from dreams to perms to drastic cuts and coloring. They're all very pleasant, provide you with coffee if you so desire, and their prices are most reasonable. If you haven't tried them, well, try them!

My hair is very thin, and when I had Jenny cut my hair she styled it to look thicker. I now have a great look, and don't have to do too much fussing with it. Jenny also has a great personality.
