We’ve been using Middletown Ice and Coal to buy home heating oil since 1984. My father did before me. When I started using them I knew right away why he stayed with them for so long. They’re friendly and knowledgeable and know you by name when you call. Professional and prompt with delivery. I’ll never use anyone else.

Appreciate a company that talks to you like a friend or neighbor. They always call before, are on time, are polite and professional and have saved me money. Everyone is friendly from the man who delivers the oil, the plumber, and the office folks. So glad I switched to Middletown Ice and Coal!

I sent a message through Yelp on a Monday evening for someone to come and check out our central air unit. It kept tripping the breaker in the electric panel box. A worker came out Tuesday morning. Found the issue within an hour. Ordered the part. He came back Wednesday, first thing in the morning and had it up and running like new! My husband was born and raised in Middletown and I have lived here for many years. We have never used Middletown Ice and Coal for repairs. We have always heard rumors that they are too expensive. For the time and replacement part needed, I feel like we were undercharged. We will definitely use their services in the future!
